Anglapex-D dual-tube goniometer is a computer-based non-contact optical measuring system, integrated with high-precision autocollimator, collimated light tube and air-bearing rotary stage equipped with high-precision optical grating scale.
It supports reflection & transmission dual measurement modes. It retains all standard functions of single-tube goniometers for dihedral angle and full-angle testing, and can simultaneously measure 0–180° rotation angles and refraction angle of optical assemblies. With expandable modules, it can quickly complete refractive index testing of optical glass and optical substrates.
The whole machine adopts dual 300mm focal length optical tubes with 32mm clear aperture, matched with a 200mm diameter air-floating turntable. The axis & radial runout is controlled below 0.08μm to ensure ultra-stable rotation without mechanical wobble. The system is equipped with professional image processing software to realize visual real-time observation, automatic data storage and intelligent tolerance judgment, perfectly matching prism production inspection, optical material laboratory calibration and laser component testing.
