Lensapex MF Series Digital Focal Length Measuring Instrument with Non-Contact Damage-Free Measurement, Wide Range Model Matching, and Ultra-Stable Precision

Detail Information
Product Description
Lensapex MF Series Digital Focal Length Measuring Instrument
Product Overview
The Lensapex MF series digital focal length tester is a cost-effective professional optical parameter measuring equipment specifically developed for mass production inspection of lenses and lens groups. Featuring a manual test axis design, it focuses on core effective focal length testing demands of optical manufacturers.
Available Models
Three measuring range models are available: MF-500, MF-1300, and MF-2000, covering effective focal length from ±2mm up to ±2000mm. The maximum measurable sample diameter is less than 100mm with expandable fixture design.
The instrument employs non-contact optical measurement principles combined with exclusive professional analysis software to enable automatic data collection, calculation, and report export, significantly reducing manual operation errors.
Ideal for small and medium optical workshops and batch production lines requiring focal length screening, this instrument offers simple operation and lower procurement cost while meeting daily incoming inspection and finished product quality screening requirements for various optical lenses.
Core Features
  • Wide Range Model Matching: Three models with different measuring ranges (±500mm / ±1300mm / ±2000mm effective focal length) cover small optical lenses, medium camera lenses, and long focal telephoto lenses. Maximum sample diameter <100mm with expandable fixture design.
  • Non-Contact Damage-Free Measurement: Optical non-contact testing solution ensures no mechanical contact with lens surfaces during measurement, effectively preventing scratches, coating peeling, and surface contamination of precision coated lenses.
  • Ultra-Stable Precision & Excellent Repeatability: High measurement accuracy across ranges with measurement repeatability of 0.03%~0.2%, ensuring consistent test results for batch production quality control.
  • Dedicated Intelligent Software: Exclusive supporting measurement software enables one-click automatic data acquisition, real-time data operation, and automatic result storage with custom tolerance setting and automatic NG judgment.
  • Cost-Effective Manual Axis Design: Manual test axis structure with intuitive adjustment operation requires minimal technical training, providing focused focal length testing functionality at lower investment cost.
