The Lensapex UN series represents a fully motorized all-in-one optical parameter tester, engineered for high-volume automated lens production lines and optical R&D laboratories. Unlike the manual MF series, this model features fully electric automatic lifting and positioning test axes, integrating comprehensive optical parameter testing functions within a single workstation.
Three measuring range models are available: UN-500, UN-1300, and UN-2000, supporting effective focal length detection from ±2mm up to ±2000mm, with maximum measurable lens diameter below 100mm (custom expandable fixtures available).
Beyond focal length measurement, the system performs radius of curvature, back focal length, flat wedge angle, and lens eccentricity synchronous measurement. A reserved expansion interface allows integration of on-axis MTF testing modules for complete imaging performance evaluation of optical lenses.
The complete system includes a vertical automatic measuring host, high-precision rotating fixture, light source control box, industrial control host, and dedicated analysis software. Non-contact optical detection prevents surface damage to coated lenses, while full automation reduces manual labor, meeting unmanned batch testing requirements for medium and large optical factories.
Full electric vertical lifting and multi-dimensional rotary positioning platform enables one-click automatic measurement flow without manual adjustment of lens height and angle. Self-developed measurement software enables full-process automatic data collection, real-time calculation, tolerance judgment, and report export. Customizable tolerance rules, automatic NG marking for defective products, and complete data storage for batch quality traceability. Supports secondary development and integration with factory MES production management systems.
Standard fixture accommodates lenses below 100mm diameter; customized large-diameter fixture expansion service available, compatible with spherical lenses, aspheric lenses, lens groups, planar optical windows, and optical blanks of various sizes.
