Description:
1.ZEEKO series optical polishers are called IRP series equipment (Intelligent Automatic Polisher).
2.The sizes of this series of polishers range from IRP 50 (maximum part size 50mm×50mm) to IRP 3000 (maximum part size 3000mm×3000mm).
3.The minimum diameter that can be polished on IRP 50 (and other similar machines) is about 2.5mm (subject to optical design).
4.The sizes of polishing tools range from R540, R240, R160 to the most commonly used R80, R40 and R20.
5.Among adaptive polishing tools, there are smaller radii from R-10 to R-2, R-1, R0.4mm (R-0.05mm will be introduced in the future).
Features:
1.Ultra-Precision Polishing Technology
Sub-nanometer surface finish (Ra <0.5nm) for optical-grade smoothness.
Computer-controlled robotic polishing for deterministic material removal.
2.Versatile Polishing Modes
Freeform & Aspheric Polishing – Handles complex geometries beyond spherical lenses.
Multi-Axis CNC Control – 7+ axes synchronized for high-accuracy contour following.
3.Advanced Process Monitoring
Real-time surface metrology feedback (integrated interferometry/3D profilometry).
AI-based adaptive polishing – Auto-corrects tool paths based on in-process measurements.
4.Material Compatibility
Works with glass, crystals (CaF₂, SiC), metals, and ceramics.
Specialized tooling for brittle materials to prevent subsurface damage.
5.Eco-Efficient Design
Closed-loop slurry recycling reduces waste and costs.
Low-vibration architecture for stable nano-finishing.
6.User-Friendly Interface
Touchscreen HMI with pre-loaded polishing recipes.
Remote monitoring via industrial IoT connectivity.
