Anglapex-CA series full-angle measuring instrument is a non-contact optical measuring system controlled by computer software. It can accurately detect 0~360° spatial rotation angles and arbitrary angles within 0~180°, widely applicable for testing right-angle prisms, pentagonal prisms, angle prisms and all kinds of optical disc parts.
This digital goniometer integrates precision optical components, high-precision mechanical air-bearing rotary stage, professional computer image processing software and automatic control technology. The integrated hardware & software solution delivers ultra-high measuring precision while simplifying operation procedures, perfectly matching laboratory R&D, optical mass production inspection and metrology calibration demands.
Four models are available to meet tiered precision needs: CA1000-H (ultra-high precision grade), CA1000 (high precision grade), CA300 (standard industrial grade), CA200 (economic entry grade). All models adopt a unified 300mm focal length optical system with 32mm clear aperture, matched with a 200mm diameter air-flotation rotary stage that supports a maximum load of 50kg, with optional manual & electric driving modes.
